Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
The Socio-Economic Knowledge and Leadership Association of Malaysia (MySKALA) is a national-level organisation, officially registered with the Malaysian Registrar of Societies. MySKALA is dedicated to building a stronger, more inclusive Malaysia by empowering individuals and communities through research, advocacy, networking, and welfare programmes.

Our initiatives focus on nurturing leadership, fostering socio-economic knowledge, and promoting sustainable development across diverse sectors. By connecting thought leaders, innovators, and changemakers, MySKALA serves as a platform for collaboration, inspiration, and impactful action driving positive change that strengthens both communities and the nation.

Our Culture and Impact
At MySKALA, our culture is built on a strong sense of community, serving as a one-stop centre for various aspects of communal life. We aim to foster collaboration, integration, and equity among Malaysians while empowering members to contribute meaningfully to society.

We stay current with national and regional developments through weekly and monthly knowledge-sharing and exchange programmes, keeping our members informed and connected. With a focus on socio-economic development, MySKALA actively engages individuals from all demographics including university students, entrepreneurs, professionals, labourers, and retirees.

Through our nationwide network, we build strong relationships with higher learning institutions, think tanks, associations, and NGOs, enhancing collaboration across sectors. To date, MySKALA has organised over 30 welfare programmes, assisting disaster victims and underprivileged communities. Currently, we support more than 150 urban hardcore poor families in the Klang Valley.

Beyond social initiatives, MySKALA also promotes recreation and camaraderie through annual sports championships and tournaments, providing members with opportunities for healthy competition and networking.
